SK6812 is very similar to WS2812B. So much so that they can be used as spare parts for each other in most applications as they have the same interface and color scheme (SK6812 and WS2812B based LED strips can be chained together). The main difference between the two drivers is that the SK6812 has voltage independent color and brightness over a wide voltage range; this means that the colors and brightness of the LEDs are much less affected than the WS2812B due to a drop in supply voltage.
